About Us
Material Testing Services (MTS) is a locally owned and operated geotechnical, environmental and construction materials engineering firm, with offices in Minot and Williston, North Dakota. MTS was founded in 1990 by John and Andrea Kleven to meet the need of our growing State and community’s need for professional engineering services. In 1998, MTS was sold to employees Steven Wald and Kelly Krebsbach. MTS currently employs a staff of professional engineers, geologists, scientists, technicians, drilling personnel, technical assistants and support staff. MTS serves clients primarily in North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana.
Communication and understanding our client’s needs, along with providing accurate technical information within a cost-efficient, safe and timely manner is our mission. We believe that the growth and reputation of our company are the direct results of the individual efforts and commitment of all of our employees.
